Good acoustics and visibility. Cheap bar for drinks and free vestiaire. But finding a parking place can be tough so try to come by means of public transportation.

Beautiful building, good offer of shows. It’s however not the best neighbourhood of Antwerp (saw someone getting mugged in front of me as I stepped out) + finding parking space is impossible.
